The website allows you to book and buy tickets for the artistic, cultural and gastronomic experiences of Frida Kahlo Live Art and Frida Kahlo Gastro Gallery.
Prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes. Before payment, you will be informed of the service booked, date, time, number of tickets, and total price. The purchase will be completed when payment is authorized and you receive confirmation at the email address you provided.
The purchase process involves selecting the experience, reviewing and correcting the order details, accepting these terms and conditions, and making the payment. The contract is formalized in Spanish, stored electronically, and a confirmation will be sent to the buyer within 24 hours.
Date and time changes are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time, subject to availability. Tickets are generally non-refundable unless the offer specifies a more favorable condition, the service is cancelled, or there is a legal right to a refund.
The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to tickets reserved for a specific date or time, in accordance with article 103.l) of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.
The customer must present their ticket or confirmation for entry. No refund will be given for non-attendance or late arrival attributable to the attendee. Alcoholic beverages will only be served to those 18 years of age and older. Allergies, intolerances, or accessibility requirements must be communicated prior to the visit.
If the organization cancels the experience or substantially modifies the date, location or contracted service, it will offer an equivalent alternative date or a full refund of the amount paid.
Reports of incidents and complaints should be sent to the customer service email address, indicating the order number. Official complaint forms are available at the establishment.
Personal data will be processed to manage the purchase, payment, and access, in accordance with the Privacy Policy. The website must keep its privacy and cookie policies accessible.
These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law. When the buyer is a consumer, any dispute will be submitted to the courts and tribunals that legally correspond to their domicile.
